Bhindi Masala


  • 150 Grams Okra/Lady Fingers
  • Salt
  • 1/4 Tsp Turmeric
  • 1/4 Tsp Kashmiri Red Chili Powder
  • 1/4 Tsp Coriander Pow- der
  • 1/4 Tsp Cumin Powder
  • 3 Tbsp Olive Oil


  • Wash and dry the okra very thoroughly en- suring it is dry
  • Chop the okra into small pieces
  • Heat 2 tbsp olive oil in the pan and add the okra, season with salt and cover and cook for 2 minutes
  • Give the okra a good stir and cover and cook for further 2 minutes
  • Add in the spices and cook till soft. 6. Serve with keto chapati.
