Egg Muffins


  • 6 eggs
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 150 g salami or cooked chicken shredded
  • salt and pepper
  • 75 g shredded cheese


  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Chop onion and meat
  • Whisk the eggs together with seasoning and pesto. Add the cheese and stir
  • Place the batter in muffin molds and add meat
  • Bake for 15–20 minutes, depending on the size of the muffin form
