Mixed Green Salad


  • 2 ounces mixed greens
  • 3 tablespoons roasted pine nuts
  • 2 tablespoons Raspber- ry Vinaigrette (recipe in condiments section)
  • 2 tablespoons shaved Parmesan
  • 1 cup chicken, cubed and cooked
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  • Mix all the ingredients until well dressed. Serve.
