
Ingredients
- 450 grams boneless chicken leg meat
- 35 Grams cheddar cheese
- 50ml heavy cream
- 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
- Juice of half a lime
- Salt – Black pepper
- Turmeric
- Fresh coriander
- 1 tbsp ghee for cooking
Directions
- Cut the chicken into kebab size pieces
- Marinate with all the spices, ginger garlic paste, cheese and cream
- Skewer the chicken
- Pan fry till done!
