In a pot, add cooking oil, onion, green chili, white cumin and fry it. Now add ginger & garlic paste and fry it again. Next, add mutton mince, tomatoes, salt, turmeric, red chili, black pepper powder, cumin powder and cook it for 30-35 minutes. After it’s cooked, add lemon and butter.
